The way in
Start with the pool. Expand when you’re ready. You never pay twice.
A hotel can put Veltflow on its pool and beach first, at the Beach & Pool price — one corner of the operation, full system underneath. When you take it across the property, the entire amount you already paid is credited toward your Hotel plan. Same tiles, same menus, the rest of the building switched on.
After you sign
We deploy it. You open.
Veltflow isn’t credentials in an email. Implementation is part of the contract — most of it in a single site visit, while you’re still closed.
White-glove implementation is part of the agreement, not a line on the invoice.
The number that never moves

When the tiles go on, orders go up — that’s the point. Veltflow’s price stays exactly where the contract put it, however good your August gets.
Pays for itself
It pays for itself before lunch. Then it keeps pouring.
Veltflow raises revenue the honest way: by removing the friction between wanting and ordering. The guest who wasn’t going to cross the hot sand for a drink, the second round nobody flagged a waiter down for — with the menu on the bed and ordering one scan away, those orders happen.
A €3,499 season across 120 operating days is about €29 a day. On most menus that’s two spritzes and a club sandwich — orders that were never going to happen without the tile. The first few recovered orders cover the platform; everything after that is profit you weren’t collecting before. Not a projection — a mechanism.
What a day of Veltflow costs
Three orders nobody had to wave for — and the day is paid. The rest of the day pours for you.

Do you charge commission on orders?
No. Not on orders, not on revenue, not on anything. The price in the agreement is the price.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan.
What counts as a service point?
Any spot a guest is served from that gets its own tile — a sunbed, a table, a cabana, a lounger. Staff stations don’t count. We count together on the site visit and the number is locked for the season — adding beds mid-summer never moves your price.
What determines hotel pricing?
Property scale, rooms, active service points, outlets and integrations. You receive a fixed annual figure — not a rate that moves later.
What happens if we start with only our pool?
The full Beach & Pool amount is credited toward a property-wide deployment whenever you expand. You never pay twice.
Is setup included?
Yes. Site visit, mapping, menus, staff configuration, QR design, printing and training are in the standard implementation scope.
Can Veltflow integrate with our existing systems?
Integration requirements are assessed during the quote, and priced into the same fixed figure.
